To configure widget pop-up messages, go to the "Widget Integrations" menu and select "Popup Messages".

Select URL type

You have the option to choose the type of URL where the pop-up messages will be displayed. If you choose "All URLs", the messages will appear on any page of your website. Select "Exact URL" and the messages will only be visible on the specified URL, for example, if you enter https://chatty-widget.com/en/pricing in the URL field, the popup message will only be displayed on that page . If you select "URL includes" and enter /pricing in the URL field, popups will appear on all pages that contain /pricing in the URL.

Frequency setting

This field defines how often the pop-up message will be shown to users on the selected pages. For example, if you select "Came in for the first time", the message will only be shown once when the user visits your site for the first time. If you select "Every 24 hours", the message will be displayed to the user no more than once a day.

Message text

You can also add popup text for different languages. The language is determined automatically according to the user's browser settings. If you don't specify a specific language for the user, they will see the message you set as the default.
